Our Team

Diana Carson-Walker (she/her)

It all began with an idea: Stories are where humans connect, and that’s how we make a difference.

In 2014, she packed up her science degrees, headed over the pond, and practiced storytelling through acting and writing in the U.K., earning her MA in Professional Acting from ALRA North in Wigan, UK.

As the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Finding Human Project, Diana’s passion for people and programming are combined in developing workshops and curriculum that truly help us find what makes us human.

Sandy Brown (he/him)

Sandy comes to the Finding Human Project with a diverse background committed to human connection.

After a 40 year career as a pastor and executive in a liberal Christian denomination, he retired and returned to a previous love: theater.

He has seen the potential of theatrical storytelling to touch people and connect them. Through this process, he met Diana, got married, ran away to England, and earned a Masters in Collaborative Theater Making from Coventry University, and alongside Diana, became Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Finding Human Project.

Kaileigh Hubbard (she/her)

Meet Kaileigh, our resident cat lady and CEO. With a diverse background in the non-profit world, Kaileigh brings a deep passion for creating a more resilient society.

Her journey to the Pacific Northwest, where she met Diana, was filled with many interesting stops along the way. Over some local brews, they shared their dreams of starting a non-profit together, and the rest is history.

Kaileigh is thrilled to be a part of the Finding Human Project's story and is always eager to write the next chapter in her own. She looks forward to cultivating a more connected and compassionate world.
